Our state-of-the-art flight tracking software monitors all inbound and outbound flights minute by minute. Any changes — delays, early arrivals, gate changes, or cancellations — are immediately relayed to dispatch and your assigned chauffeur. Your vehicle timing adjusts automatically, so you never wait and we never miss a pickup.
Professional Meet & Greet
Your chauffeur will be positioned in the baggage claim area holding an ELS name board for domestic arrivals, or just outside customs for international flights. Curbside pickup is also available upon request.
Our complimentary meet & greet service is available at all major airports. In select cities such as Boston (BOS) and Chicago (ORD), pickup procedures may vary due to local airport regulations.
FBO & Tarmac Access
ELS specializes in private aviation terminals. We coordinate directly with FBOs for planeside pickup and drop-off at private charter and fractional jet terminals. Our team understands the protocols, timing, and discretion required for private aviation travel.
Grace Periods & Wait Time
We respect your time and understand that delays happen. ELS provides:
- 15-minute complimentary grace period for all domestic pickups
- 30-minute complimentary grace period for international arrivals
Waiting time beyond the grace period is billed on a per-minute basis. We’ll always communicate proactively if timing adjustments are needed.
